Eligibility Criteria for CUSAT LLB 2026

Eligibility- Five year BBA LL.B. (H) / Five year B.Com.LL.B. (H)


Minimum qualifications required for applying for Five year BBA LL.B. (H) / Five year B.Com. LL.B. (H)

• A candidate who seeks admission to the course shall have passed plus two examinations with the prescribed percentage of marks (including languages) at the time of admission. The candidate should have secured a minimum of sixty percent (60%) marks for the plus two examinations if he/she pursued science group. The candidates who are from the commerce/arts/humanities stream shall have a minimum of fifty-five (55%) percentage of marks for the plus two examinations.

• Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities or belonging to SEBC communities with a pass in the plus two examination with 50% percent marks are entitled to seek admission.


Eligibility- 5 Year B. Sc. LL. B (H) (Computer Science)

• A candidate seeking admission to the programme shall have passed the plus two (12 th) examinations with 50% marks in Mathematics or Computer Science as one of the subjects at the time of admission. The candidate should also have secured a minimum of sixty-five percentage (65%) in the plus two examinations, if they belong to the general category. The relaxation in pass percentage marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST /SEBC communities will be decided by CUSAT through its orders from time to time.

 How to Apply for CUSAT LL.B. 2026

While submitting the online application candidates can opt for Five year BBA LL.B.(H) /Five year BCom. LL.B.(H)/ 5 Year B. Sc. LL. B (H) (Computer Science) or all the three programmers. If all 3 programmers are selected the allotment will be based on the serial order of the programmers selected by the candidates.
