KLEE 2025 Analysis

Finally, the KLEE 2025 exam is over. Let us have an overall look at the exam and then a sectional analysis of the various sections – Five to be precise.
The exam in totality can be categorized as somewhere between moderate to easy but more tilting towards the moderate side. There were difficult questions in all the sections here and there. There were also easy to very easy questions. But both types were more of a norm than a standard. In short – doable and scorable.
Total number of questions in KLEE 2025 the new pattern is 120 and duration is of 2 hours.
Sectional Analysis:
Legal – This section has come out as easy and not too vexing which is not the case every year. JobSecura student feedback received so far shows that most of them found legal Qs easy to answer. There were many questions asked from constitution. These included powers and responsibility of the president, the vice president including the incumbent. There were also questions with tone of legal GK – related to high court functioning. Legal terms were asked ad hoc. There were also statement questions – statement 1 and statement 2 with options asking to verify the same if true or not. A little thinking required here but certainly not tough. There were no advanced questions on contract or tort. Also, no questions on other law, except one on family law. Constitution questions seem to be the great blessing going by feedback.
General Knowledge and Current affairs – Again, certainly not difficult if not easy. The general feeling among students after coming out of the exam hall is that KLEE 2025 GK questions were questions with good standard and probing here and there. As compared to 2023 KLEE, it was certainly on a higher level. Some examples of Q’s asked include countries and capital (Afghanistan was asked), Athirapally waterfall river (related to Kerala.
As usual, Kerala related Qs were present) Questions on important dates were also asked like the Wayanad flood disaster date. Other questions asked included diseases and causing agents. There were questions on geography using more of logic like- the country with which India does not share a border. As compared to 2024, there were less questions on current affairs in KLEE 2025. Then of course regular questions like ICJ, Chief justice etc found a space in KLEE 2025.
Mental ability – There were total 15 questions on mental ability, similar to last year. This year paper had questions on average and ratio. In ratio for example a question like 4:5 means how much the person would get – those types. Simple and using bare minimum logic. There were questions on fractions also (like largest fraction) just like previous couple of years. The mental ability questions on work and men included Qs like A & B together take how many days, so alone how many days etc.
There were no questions on LCM. Similarly, there were questions on area and perimeter, coding and decoding, simple interest, profit and loss. A change aspect was that questions on syllogism and number series were missing. These have come almost all years. Overall, it was a scoring part in maths and many students were able to answer all the 15 questions.
English – The content like most of the years was divided between vocabulary and grammar in KLEE 2025 with of course vocabulary having slightly more questions (KLEE English is now emphasising more on vocab). Grammar in English has always been an irritant for many students but thankfully relatively very easy in today’s paper. There were questions on prepositions and changing into interrogative – both of which were very simple.
Then a question on tense recognition through an example. Surprisingly direct-indirect speech Qs did not come in the English section. This has been coming in both 5-year and 3-year LLB since 2019. Another deviation aspect was comprehension. There were no questions on that – A big reliever for many KLEE 2025 student-applicants! Vocabulary included – idioms which were easy, synonym and antonyms – not very difficult if not easy. Most of the words asked were conversational. Spelling was given a high level of importance with almost 15 questions. Overall, not too difficult.

Youtube live on May 30th on different sections was a constant year-long feature. There were questions with same logic which actually were covered in these.
There were YouTube sessions a constant year-long feature on all sections.
